You'll own a focused book of accounts, run them inside our proven system, and have the tools, data, and team support to perform.

/ 03 — What You'll Do

Own the campaigns. Move the numbers.

Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (and Google Ads where applicable).

Build campaign structures for lead gen — testing audiences, creatives, offers, placements, and budgets.

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without losing organization.

Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, booked appointments, and ROAS.

Identify performance issues and create clear, actionable optimization plans.

Optimize for both lead volume and lead quality — not vanity metrics.

Manage budget pacing and recommend when to scale, pause, or restructure campaigns.

Run pre-launch QA on targeting, budgets, tracking, copy, creative, and forms.

Partner with account managers — share updates, insights, and recommendations.

Review CRM, appointment quality, and sales feedback to sharpen campaign performance.

/ 04 — What We're Looking For

The non-negotiables.

  • 3+ years in media buying or paid advertising
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
  • Google Ads experience highly preferred
  • Proven lead-gen campaign management
  • Experience with med spas, aesthetics, healthcare, local, franchises, or multi-location (a big plus)
  • Deep understanding of campaign structures, audience & creative testing, and budget optimization
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance drops and lead-quality issues
  • Tracking fluency: Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, GTM, GA4, CRM integrations
  • Strong attention to detail and a reliable QA process
  • Manage several accounts at once without losing organization
  • Clear communication — explain performance simply and strategically
